The Metta Fellowships
Sacred Stewardship for a World in Transition
Systems don’t change because we fix them.
They change because we find the courage to become something different inside them.
The Metta Fellowships are not leadership trainings.
They are living fields for those willing to walk the thresholds between what is falling apart and what is trying to be born.
We offer two fellowship pathways:
For Seasoned System Leaders
Those working inside institutions who are ready to lead from soul, not survival.
For Young Stewards
Those stepping into a broken world with the fierce hope of weaving something different.
Each fellowship is a space of realignment, a place to grieve, to listen, to remember, and to root leadership in love, courage, and sacred presence.
Fellowship for System Leaders
For experienced changemakers, corporate leaders, policymakers, and impact architects.
You have built systems.
You have measured impact.
You have led teams, initiatives, and institutions.
And still, a deeper question remains:
What would leadership look like if love, grace, and sacredness were restored to the centre?
-
Leadership as listening, not dominance
Healing systemic trauma through inner and outer work
Cultivating cultures of presence, belonging, and regeneration
Navigating collapse and emergence with grace
This is a space for restoration, not performance.
For realigning purpose with soul.
Fellowship for Young Stewards
For young stewards standing at the edge of a world that no longer fits and daring to find another way.
You were told to change the world.
To succeed.
To fix what was broken.
But you were rarely told the truth:
That the world you are entering is already unravelling.
That the stories you inherited don’t match the realities you face.
That the courage it takes simply to keep moving forward is itself an act of leadership.
-
A sacred space to honour your grief, rage, hope, and bewilderment
Practices for rooting deeply in who you are before the world demands who you should be
Tools for building community, story, and belonging beyond broken models
A reimagining of success: rooted not in status, but in purpose, service, and stewardship
A circle of peers and elders walking the thresholds with you not above you
This is not a curriculum to polish you for broken systems. It’s a sanctuary for becoming the weaver of new ones.
